1. Warm Pot and Hot Cup

2. Set Tea

2. Add hot water

When pouring hot water after warm soaking, pour it into the teapot about 90% full, to avoid overfilling the water and when the lid is closed, the hot water will overflow the teapot. In order to avoid soaking for too long, the caffeine and tannins in the tea will be released and cause bitterness.

It is recommended that the time for brewing tea should not be too long, and should be controlled within half a minute to 1 minute.
